GoodCook 11” x 14” Nonstick Divided Oblong Pan – 2-in-1 Textured Cooking Pan, Baking Dish, Scratch-Resistant Carbon Steel Oven Pan for Meal Prepping & Sheet Pan Dinners

I first saw this at my local expensive grocery store so I saved a few bucks getting it here. I often make a protein and veggies for a meal and this saves me from dirtying another pan. I just time it out so that they are done at the same time and add the veggies later. It is non stick. I like that it is deep so I can get quite a bit in it. This brand also sells different partition styles and I bought All of them! LOVE LOVE this pan!!

I love this pan! I am a vegetarian and my husband isn’t. If I’m making a casserole or other dish, I can now easily add meat to one side and not the other instead of using 2 pans. The pan washes beautifully. I am so happy with my purchase.

Love cooking in them for multiple things at once. Fits in oven well.

Now that so many cake boxes call for a smaller pan (for the same price in most cases) I can make 2 dufferent desserts in this divoded pan. Also good for 2 different dinner items together put separated.

Heavy but not too heavy pan. Good for making multiple courses at one time. I like it because I can make brownies some with nuts and some without. Good for using items that cook the same time.

Overall dimensions: ~14-7/8” x ~ 12-7/8”. Compartment “1’s” dimensions (tapers downward): ~6-3/4” x 11” (top surface) & ~5-1/2” x ~10-3/16” (bottom surface).Compartment “2’s” dimensions (tapers downwards): ~7-5/8” x 11” (top surface) & ~6-3/4” x ~10-3/16” (bottom surface).The usable depth of the pan’s partitions is ~1-7/8”.Pan has a good feel to it. Doesn’t feel flimsy, but I’m not confident to use it due to the spotty quality of the non-stick surface.Currently the pan’s uncoated color shows up where ever the pan’s coating is scratched and/or peeling. This pan doesn’t explicitly tell you the chemical exposures, like their three-sectioned pan, but I don’t feel comfortable using good cook products now.The segmented sections/pan partitions are unique and helpful (in practice). Wish I could’ve tried baking in it.Although, oh well. I hope you all have better luck.Happy baking!

I bought this pan as I often like to make sheet pan dinners. I don’t like it when meat or vegetable juice runs into the potatoes when cooking. This pan works great to keep foods separated. I couldn’t be happier!

I ordered this to make two different flavored cakes of equal size. One side is significantly larger than the other side!!!
