I have had severe pain in my right hand for well over a month. I know it is from excessive use - heavy cleaning and repairs on a fixer upper house. I sleep poorly and wake up with pain and a very stiff middle finger that has recently started to lock up at the joint where it meets my hand. I did a little research and it appears the pain in my finger joint is causing all of my hand pain. Upon further research, I found these finger splints. I used one for the first time last night and, although there is still pain, I actually slept relatively pain free and, so far today, my finger has not locked up. Immobilizing the finger/joint seems to be just what I need to let this heal. I wanted to mention sizing because I was really on the fence about ordering the regular vs small size. I have relatively small hands. My middle finger, from the very top to where it meets my hand, is exactly 3 inches. I ordered the regular size and it fits perfectly. The base of the splint needs to come down on the hand to completely immobilize the finger so if you have similar issues with your fingers, keep that in mind when ordering.

Got this for my husband who hurt his finger and it works well and is soft. The only down fall with these is that it moves upward sometimes. They are worth the money and easy to put on. Would recommend if you don't want all the metal of the normal ones.

Works “ok” but slides off easily so I tighten it but then by morning it is cutting off circulation. My fingers are probably too short for this, but I’ve kept it. I just have to keep pushing it on through the night. It does help with the pain from my trigger finger.

easy to use and works well. There are 2 in the box so if one gets wet, I can put on another one and let it dry. My doctor was also impressed with this product. It keeps the finger steady. Still painful but can't avoid that.

I’m impressed!! These little guys are great and more importantly comfortable! I’ve been having an RA flare - one finger joint especially is swollen and painful - putting this on was immediate relief with the support it provides! There’s no bulkiness. Have not washed one yet but since it’s a 2 pack that won’t be a problem!Definitely recommend!!

These worked. I could tell I was developing a trigger finger and I started using the splint at night and some during the day while watching TV. After a bout a month, I noticed the click was gone. Wore the splint only at night for another month and no pain, no click, no trigger finger surgery needed. If you think it is developing, This may take care of it when you use it. I was skeptical, but I would buy again.
