I am a pediatric speech pathologist and love to use arts and crafts to support my clients’ language skills. I purchased these because an Instagram influencer raved about them, but I have to wonder if she used them because after my experience and the negative reviews I now see, there’s no way anyone could recommend them. This morning I used them with my kids and the bottles were so hard to squeeze that the paint didn’t come out so I opened a bottle to dab the paint out. It exploded when I gently squeezed it and my dining table and CEILING (yes, the paint flew up to the ceiling) are now Jackson Pollacked. My 4.5 year old tried to squeeze her own bottle and the same thing happened. I removed the paint from my hair and am still finding paint on different surfaces. I had to take a break from cleaning up because I was so frustrated that our newly painted walls are stained and decided to post a rare Amazon review here.

The contents of the pen were dried out/hard. We were not able to use so had to send back. Great concept though!

They did not work and we got paint everywhere!! It was a complete waste of money! I am unfollowing the influencer that recommended it. Very disappointing!!

Did not work properly. Followed the instructions and it still didn’t work. A waste of money. I do not recommend this.
