I’ve been going to physical therapy for some time now. After a few consistent months, I wanted to see if I could start doing exercises at home to further help myself in between appointments. While I was searching for therapy bands online, I stumbled onto FitBox, and was a bit taken back by everything that’s included for the price point. It seemed too good to be true, so of course I ordered it! Let me just say, this product has truly made a significant difference in my everyday life, and most importantly my therapist approves! I never knew I could do so much at home! Not only did I get what I was initially looking for, but I also got an array of other products that I didn’t even know would become so beneficial to my therapy journey. It’s not too good to be true, and I’d definitely recommend the FitBox to anyone who’s seeking relief at home!

Box is presented nice and I appreciate it has more accessories than the competing brands, but I am disappointed in the very poor quality, the glue is coming off completely… Fresh out of the box before I even used itAlso the instructions are difficult, the words don’t match the pictures. For example “place short bar slightly off center” but the photo shows the short bar all the way at the edge, making the exercise impossible to do.

My physical therapist recommended I order this kit to do my home exercises alongside the treatment I get at the clinic. I have had chronic ankle pain and instability from overuse and sports injuries and have been to physical therapy but never really put the work in at home. This kit is brilliant! Everything I need in one box with an instructions and pictures. I can take the equipment anywhere. And most importantly my recovery is so much faster because I am motivated to do my home exercises. Highly recommend!
