This is a pretty decent press for the price. While there weren’t instructions, It was pretty straight-forward out of the box. It’s not too big and fits on my work table without being too clunky.I’ve used the mug attachment, Hat press, and flat press so far with out any issues other than my own error.The press heats up relatively quickly and distributes heat evenly. I was able to create a dozen tumblers for a quick job and everyone thought I spent hours on them. For a hobbyist or someone who isn’t producing mass quantities, this is a great start.It does seem a little cheap in that the buttons are a little flimsy and the attachment cables don’t really tighten into the unit, but it doesn’t impact the job whatsoever. It can tend to be slightly inaccurate with the temperature but it hasn’t affected anything. I got what I paid for and I’m pretty happy with it.I’m looking forward to using the pen and plate attachments next.

The press is very simple to use, and the DTF transfers I've been using are applied securely without peeling. It's built with high quality, sturdy parts that are ergonomic for grasping. I'd recommend this press for those starting a home business.

Thank you VIVOHOME for the well packed delivery and quality product!I got it for couple weeks now, but just unboxed yesterday and I did couple iron-ons to try it out, so far so good.After extensive research and to weighing on what I need (mostly iron-on process, cups and hats features are just a nice to have for me), read and compared lots of reviews from others on this product and other products (thankful for other people really taking their time to share their reviews and experiences on products they bought and used)...I decided to give it a try on this VIVOHOME Upgraded 5 in 1 Combo (fyi this product has youTube videos too from other users).And I am completely satisfied! The packaged arrived appearing well packed for protection. The machine and all attachments in the box are in great condition and brand new with manufactory quality! It didn't require any work to assemble the machine, I just took it out from the box, plug a power cord, and here I go to heat press iron-on! Result is impressed and process is easy and efficient! Just be cautions do not touch the hot surface in the process!The instructions come with the machine doesn't give too much details, just bare bone to get you going. But the table illustration of temperature settings vs. materials is very useful. In order to get the results you would like, I recommend to follow that information on the manual.FYI/PS - in addition, I purchased separately teflon heat press paper to sandwich the delicate fabrics as saw others' recommendations. Using the teflon paper does help protect the delicate fabrics for the process.

I purchased this machine to help our club make custom t-shirts. It comes with several accessories to print on mugs and caps too, but haven't had the opportunity to use them yet. The equipment is pretty self-explanatory. It comes with a large pad that will accommodate large printing on a t-shirt. There is also a timer, so you know how long you have been pressing an image so you don't accidentally burn it up. It's also nice that the arm swings out of your way when attaching or removing the garments.

I was very excited to get this press with the added uses of making mugs etc. I ruined more projects than I have been able to complete because the temperature does not stay even/level while using the press or the mug press. The heat can range 10-50 degrees difference. Keeping the temperature evenly distributed is extremely important when using HTV. The mug press also is not even. Top of mug will adhere and bottom will not. I would not recommend buying this press as I definitely haven't even been able to makr any profit from using it.

I already repackaged the equipment to be collected by ups .On Friday when I opened it , beside it not having any solid instructions when I turned it on it went on but I couldnt even get the top of the machine with the handles to slide to the side.it kept falling off.By the left handle it has a crack on it .I paid almost 400 dollars for this machine.I am a single mom trying to start up a business and I was sooo excited to of been able to save uo to get this only for it to not heat all the way , it had a big crack and also it kept falling off whem slided to the side. I will like a full refund credited to my card in which I purchased so I can look else where for something better.

I used this press to put some designs on some blank t-shirts I had, and this one works perfectly! I got it and immediately realized how much better built it is than my older press. It's even got handles on it that make it much easier to carry around! It heats up perfectly, quickly, and is always the temperature I need it to be. I've used both the hat press and cup press, but I only used them once to see how well they worked. They worked perfectly, and I had no issues using them!
