Great product …great health benefits

I purchased this for anxiety and I feel a noticable difference. It also is supposed to help with hair loss which is a win-win. I haven't taken it long enough to see hair results but it helps my mental health right away.

This soft gel capsules are easy to swallow. The taste isn't bad either. There are so many benefits of using this product and for me health is wealth. I do plan on repurchasing this product when my bottle is finished.

I originally bought this for pain management. It hasn't done that much for pain overall. I am a weed smoking hard laborer that would never turn down a big double cheeseburger. Food addiction runs in my family. This completely stopped my raging appetite after 3 weeks! Now my husband is frustrated with me because I can't even finish a kids meal. It's literally a chore to eat and I do everything I can to get out of eating lol. Appetite sensitive people should take this as a heads up maybe!! I will probably take this every other day instead

The company gives mgs of all the substances in the product except for what many people are seeking - thymoquinone (TQ). If it's only 5 mg. per capsule (which are quite large), that makes a big difference than say, 50 mg. Without the amount of TQ I probably won't buy it again as it likely won't be as effective for the reason that we purchase black seed oil -- adjunctive therapy for many types of cancers. I will spend a little more money to get 50 mg per capsule. Now, for other reasons, this product most likely is perfectly fine. But the amount of TQ is extremely important to me.

They are easier to swallow than they look, no problems.

Love it a great supplement to get

Black seed oil has many benefits. I'm hoping it helps with my rosacea and blood pressure in particular. It has antioxidant properties, anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties as well.I was surprised at how large these were. While they are softgels and shaped in a way to make them easier to swallow, they're LARGE. If you have trouble swallowing pills, these aren't for you.I burp what tastes like oregano oil when I take it - which I don't find offensive in any way, I just wanted to forewarn you that this might happen. :) I have a birth defect where my lower esophageal sphincter stays open most of the time so maybe it won't happen to you.The fact that these are cold pressed and non-GMO is a big plus so these are priced well considering that. I just wish they weren't so large!
