Good Product
The resistance band is too long making it difficult to be used in small spaces, but otherwise it does the job provides good resistance for basic exercise only.

Velcro is of very poor quality
It’s firm and sturdy. Expected better quality velcro but was very poor. Hardly used it for a month and then velcro torn off gradually and couldn’t hold off. Disappointed.
