Blast from the past
This is the same siren that my parents used circa 1967, to call us in for dinner. They handed it down to me, and I used it the same way for my kids. Now that I have grand kids, I wanted to get my son and daughter one for their own. Sadly, they just don't make it like they use to. Much lighter and the metal is not the same gauge as the older version. Still a good siren, but not the same.
