Pretty delighted!
At first, I was kind of taken aback at the shipping price but it arrived in one day and was packed in a Styrofoam coolerwith frozen packs all around and was marked "perishable"---then I understood. I can't wait to make duck confit andtwice fried French fries in duck fat. Good communication and fast shipping! Will certainly reorder this product and try theirother products.

Duck fat tastes delicious and this fat is pure white in color, arrived with frozen blocks to keep it cool and has lasted me over 6 months. I keep it stored in the bottom shelf of my fridge and keep a refilling a small glass container with it for everyday cooking.
