Great price and easy to swallow. I take zinc to keep my immune system up plus it's a recommended supplement by my doctor.

With all supplements, be sure to consult your physician before taking. Zinc has been shown to assist with skin, energy and hair. This supplement can be taken by any gender, or gender neutral. These were not too large and easy to swallow. I've taken zinc supplements for years, so it's difficult to determine the efficacy of this brand, but I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. Talk to your doctor, then do yourself a favor and try taking zinc and see how you feel.

Zinc is something I'll take occasionally, if someone in the house is coming down with some illness or another. Whether it really works that way or not, I don't know.About half the zinc supplements I've used make me feel flushed for a few minutes about an hour after I take them. This is one of the ones that doesn't. Decent stuff at a decent price.

Can't beat the price versus quantity of this product. Will definitely buy again.

These tablets are a nice small size. They have more other ingredients than I am used to seeing. There is a caution in small print on the bottle that this product is manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish. I think that caution should be posted on this product page. It says formulated in the US but doesn't say where the ingredients are sourced. The tablets I received have a Best Buy Date of 08/2025 which is good.

This zinc supplement is vegan, easy to swallow, once daily and 50 mg which is just right for me. My life has always been super busy so I seem to stay exhausted but I have noticed a slight improvement of my energy level while on these. Every little bit counts so I'll take as much assistance getting through the day as I can get lol!
