I am in my mid thirties and I have been having problems with my knees. They were getting very achy during jogging (on a treadmill) about 25 minutes in. This product has changed my life. I am 74 years old and bone on bone in my right knee and left shoulder. I have been getting cortisone shots in both joints for a few year, and they give temporary relief, but that's all. The doctors are recommending replacement for both joints and I was a month away from scheduling a full shoulder replacement. Less expensive then the 70.00 I was spending on modare. Bio-cell is the reason I keep buying here as, my moles have fallen off on my skin, and knee pain has markabley improved.
