I have mixed feelings on how to do this review.First to all who are considering buying i would suggest you find another supplier.This supplier sent me 2ounces of product in a package marked 4ounces. That is misrepresentation.Now regarding the product itself.Make sure you watch all of the videos shared on how to clean the product.With my 2 ounces, I followed the cleaning instructions and during preparation I infused mine with fresh pineapple mango Strawberries and dates and not only do it taste great but I can honestly say that the problem I had of pain in the muscle of my calves is gone. 4 days after use i am again able to walk.I really like the product but sadly I'm going to have to find a different distributor but this one is not honest in their practices as a seller.

Very Bad.This product feels like plastic even after soaking for 2 days. Would not swell up. Deserves 0 stars.

Some of the sea moss didn't expand after 24 hours of soaking it in water. I just started using it so not sure about benefits yet.
