I wish I can give it a negative stats. I was so happy at first since it’s exactly what I wanted and for $7. I didn’t open it until today so I can decorate for Valentine’s Day. Firstly the letter balloons you can’t even get the straw through to blow them up and they rip though. They are cheap. The dollar tree ones are so much better honestly. The heart on a string to hang on the balloons do not come in tact and you have to sit and hand tie each and put them in. It’s also advertised a red and white ballon tie and I only got red. Honestly I’m so upset this was a big plan I had for Valentine’s Day and now my valentines surprise is ruined and I have to scramble ON VALENTINES DAY to get a surprise. I can’t even put in for a refund because they want me to return it and everything is all messed up from me trying to get it together

Simple decoration
Exactly as pictured except the string banner is small. I used a hand held pump to blow up the balloons. Plenty of balloons to use

What I didn’t like was that the letters kept deflating so i couldn’t use them
