Horizons Kindergarten Math Student Book 2

I love this workbook. It is exactly what I am looking for.

My daughter breezed through her first k math book so this was a great supplement to keep her going. I really like the emphasis on number order and simple addition concepts. Almost all math problems have number lines which are nice to help kids understand the reasoning behing addition and subtraction.

Used Horizons for my firstborn... after years of homeschooling and trying other curricula, we learned to stick with what we love-- Horizons for math-- and so I just purchased this for my 2nd born who just started kindergarten. She is using book 1 now and loves it.

Recommended by my friend who used it on 4 children, this workbook is terrific and doesn't require a Teacher's guide bc it's so intuitive. My 6 yr old loves this book. And I appreciate the price.

This book is awesome! I really like how colorful it is, I feel like it makes my Daughter enjoy learning..

I love this curriculum. I used it with my oldest and now with my second. The book is engaging, with it's full color pictures. It spirals back to previously learned skills so that it covers the same things every few days. No need to buy the Teacher's Guide, for sure.

Very colorful pictures & love how the concepts are taught at this level. I did not purchase the teachers guide nor did I need it. My son enjoyed it very much! Will try the first grade level too.
