I’ve tried taking this for almost three weeks but had to give up. I wanted something to help with my constantly interrupted sleep and the other benefits are also a bonus. Sadly, although this makes me feel better during the day it most definitely keeps me awake all night. I tried reducing to one tablet to no avail. I then started bringing the time I took the one tablet forward until eventually I was taking it at breakfast, but it still keeps me awake all night. Restless legs are probably worse too, but that ma be just because I’m awake even more hours. I feel quite jealous of the reviewers who have improved sleep. !. I’m completely exhausted now so that’s me done. It’s a shame because generally I feel better but my sleeping is so much worse. Amazon have agreed to take the return and refund me which is amazing. I hope it works better for you.
