Product is very well made and extremely useful!
Let me just start by saying that this dog playpen has been a lifesaver for us! Our senior girl Chihuahua has in the past year gone deaf and blind and started having seizures and arthritis. She still likes to try and walk around the house and we encourage this so that she gets exercise and still feels independent. However, lately we have to make sure we are walking with her because for some reason she started wandering under the beds and she can't get out by herself. So we started looking into products to help us on the times we can't be right there walking with her to watch her. I finally stumbled upon this product. We did a lot of research on which of the playpens would work best for her. We decided on this one as it was perfect for the spot we were looking to put it. We also liked that it came with rods like a tent so that when she walks around it won't fall down and collapse on her. That was a great selling point for us. The product has 2 openings with zippers (top and front), mesh throughout the sides and top opening, a flap to put down over the front opening that can be rolled up and velcro out of the way, a side pocket and a slick bottom. We purchased a nice "rug" to put on the floor so that she will not slip and fall while walking around. We also put a bed, potty pad (folded in half) and food bowls with room to spare. We also plan to take this with us on vacations as it is easy to put up and tear down quickly. The cost was priced just right and the product in our opinion is very well made. It shipped fast and arrived in 2 days! Highly recommend that you look into this playpen if you are in need of one!

Good alternative to a crate
2nd UPDATE from 2 stars to 4: The second playpen is holding up. See previous reviews below for more details.UPDATE from 5 stars to 2 stars: My dog was able to claw and rip the zipper chain even when the zippers were locked. See photo. I ordered a replacement and will update my rating if the second one is a bit sturdier. If she manages to tear the replacement, I'd recommend finding a different brand or sticking to a crate.Original review:My recently adopted dog needed to go through heartworm treatment (immiticide). This means crate rest for 2 months for those who are unfamiliar. She hates her normal crate, so I got this playpen to see how she'd do. It's so much better than a normal crate for anxious dogs. She's only 8 lbs, so I got the small. There's room for a small bed, a puppy pad folded up to stop spillage, and food/water bowls. Easy to clean with a lysol wipe, and I'm sure the fabric can be washed on gentle cycle and air dried if need be (haven't needed to yet). I also love the multiple openings since it's easier to clean than a crate with 1 door. It's like a little tent for pets!

Travel Friendly, Non-Metal Cage Alternative Option
The media could not be loaded. Great option for my tiny/small puppy (3lbs when I got her, 5lbs now). I didn’t want to get a traditional metal cage and wanted something easy to move room to room, or inside to outside, or even for my car.It does fit in my front and back seats, of my full size sedan car. Can see it being a blessing for long car trips. The quality is decent enough. Mine is Amazing and I have no tears, rips, etc. But if you have an avid chewer/clawer, I could see it getting torn after a while. I’ve had it for 2 months now and after a few “corrections” of bad behavior, it’s great.I had initially had a a blanket in there but opted to just move her bed in there so she knew it was her safe and comfy place. She’ll go in and out of it all day long. The top, front, and back all have zippers that you can “hook and lock” (as show in the picture). I don’t have a need to use but I’m sure if a clever puppy learned how to squeeze a claw in there to open…maybe. There’s also a small pouch in the side that is great to put collar/leash or treats in for when traveling around. Is very light too! My 8 year old easily can grab it, pick it up, and move it no problem. It’s not water proof, so accidents or water spills will leak through.Overall I highly recommend this and the price was the best compared to similar products.

Perfect for small dogs
We got a puppy Pomeranian for my daughter. She didn't want to train her in a normal crate so we got this instead. It is perfect for her she is about 3 pounds now the puppy can unzip it she learned that very quickly. This one has torn at the bottom like some of them do but the pup doesn't scratch at it either it her day time crate or a place to go when she needs a break from the other dogs in the house. A few things I don't care for is the way she learn to upzip it top and side, the way if one of the other dogs put their head on top it kind of sinks in and the way the poles stick out the tiniest bit. My daught however likes everything about it she is able to roll the side up and secure it so the puppy can go in and out as she want to it is light weight so she can move it anywhere in the house without issues and she likes she can store small toys in the out side pocket. She is fine with the stability and the size of it. She said it is easy for her to use can keep they puppy safe and didn't cost her a lot to have somewhere the puppy can learn she has a safe place of her own to go to when she needs to calm down when in velociraptor mode. We just got a second one for the new litter of unexpected puppies to keep them safe.
