Sound and function is perfect, it was priced very competitive and came to my door in 2 days. Hard to complain.I work mostly at home and am tired of headsets, but I like to keep my laptop lid closed to keep it from being a dust magnet since I’m using external monitors anyway.

I set this up and used it right out of the box for both MS Teams and Zoom meetings without any sort of configuration or setup required (Windows 10 machine). It simply showed up as an option in my audio settings for those apps.I got this for a home office set up where I work from home two days a week and spend many hours in online meetings. The sound is decent, but it's not as immersive as I had hoped, and is not really an improvement over my current 5-channel speaker setup. The mic does seem to work well and no one had a problem hearing me although it's hard to gauge the effectiveness of the noise cancellation.Overall I would say it's an effective unit for video calling with easy plug-and-play configurability. It has a good volume range that you can control on the device itself, and it also has a mute button right on the device. Just don't expect the sound to be super immersive for a big room, etc.

This speaker has very nice sound quality and is very compact. I use this for online meetings and it works great for that. Also it’s controls are very simple to use which is nice because you can use them all without giving it much attention during meetings.

I used this for four days. It worked great. Then I took a break from work over the weekend came back to work on Monday and nothing but issues with the device. There is a lot of static in the background and no one could hear me talking through the microphone. I would have to yell, and even then they still could not always hear me. People said it sounded like I was in a tunnel or far away. I had to switch back to headphones, which was the whole point of getting this device is to get away from them.Of course I threw the box out over the weekend (thinking the product was working well) so I am unable to return it. Super disappointing, especially considering the product was only working efficiently for a few days. Money down the drain.

Bought this because my really good speaker microphone was at home while I was in another state. Works great in a quieter setting. Not quite as well when the RV heater was running (but it's a bit loud.) Speaker is amazing. For noisy environments I use laptop mic for mic and this for speaker and works great.For price it's a good buy. If you can spend a bit more, there are others out there that might be a better choice.

This is a nice upgrade to my laptop. It's better then my headphones and much better then using the microphone built into the laptop.It just plugs in and you are ready to go. The sound quality is excellent as well.I'd much rather use this for a meeting then my other options.

This compact speaker / mic combo set is incredibly easy to use: plug it in, let your computer set it up, and it should be ready to go when it's done (or so was my experience).It has several built in microphones so if you are in a room with people on all sides their voices can be picked up. As a speaker, it works fine; I tried it with a TV program and it played well enough. It also played back my voice recording very loud.The microphone works well; as I said, it recorded & played back well. I did hear popping noises in my playback but that could have been because I was holding it; maybe I was moving it too much or maybe I was too close to the mic since its meant to sit on a table some distance from the people speaking.But it DOES work as advertised.

This is an ok product that is not the best sounding, but it is just a little speaker.I loved that the computer picked it right up and no need to install software, it just worked.It is also powered by the usb cable connecting it to the computer, so no need for a power supply.With its four microphones, lets hope it sounds good on the other end.I also find that I use it wo watch short youtube videos and it does a far job at playing back the audio.
