Plank+Beam Modern Dining Chair Set of 2, Wooden Kitchen and Dining Room Chairs, Wood Chair for Office, Living Room, Black

I purchased 4 chairs April 2024. I only use them on weekends. I am very disappointed with the chairs. One chair cracked in half in the sitting area. The others are wobbly. I don’t recommend these beautiful chairs. I am in the process of replacing them with different chairs. Waste of money.

I deeply regret buying these chairs. Easily dented, very low quality, soft wood, poor customer service and not made to last. I now steer everyone away from this brand.

These are sturdy, well made P & B chairs! Slight imperfections and a random sharp nail poking out the foot on a chair. Not sure what all the holes were as my other 3 chairs didn't have it. I just hammered it down and put the felt stickers over it. If I hadn't noticed it. Omg. My apt floors would be DESTROYED if someone sitting on it pushed back with their weight on it. So double check the feet!Easy to assemble even though alot of parts. (Just wish my P&B table I got in different color & finish was as good. So bummed but customer service is currently working with me on that.) Recomend these for sure though! Will update post once table is resolved as to how their customer service is. Color is Black matte to satin finish. Clean lines and modern. Came well packaged and pretty fast. Strong varnish odor for a few days but disappated. Really love these!

Love the chairs, very sleek and modern. Few things to note.. the wood is soft so easily scratched and dents. They get dirty. . from grease.. hand prints.. especially with kids I’m wiping them down multiple times a day.

So easy to put together. Look amazing!

I would not recommend these chairs nor Plank + Beam products as a whole. These split down the middle after only a few months of mild use. Although the chairs look beautiful in photos, they are made of light weight, non durable wood.I have purchased several other Plank + Beam products (dresser, side table, bed frame, kitchen table) and would not recommend the company at all. Most are not durable and damage easily. The only saving grace is when my dresser drawers stuck/didn't open after assembly, they did offer me the option to donate it, provide proof, and have me a full refund. Regardless, would avoid and spend a little more for something quality. Look up 'Maxwell Furniture' - that's the manufacturer and reviews will tell you what you need to know.
