New Bridge Colby Jack, 7 oz, 12 Pack

I ordered this cheese bc it came in smaller sealed servings. The package arrived well packed with several frozen water bags and they were all nicely chilled. I just tried it with some tortilla chips, after I let one package come to room temp. Didn’t feel like messing up the grater so used a plastic knife to cut thin strips. Damn tasty cheese!! Totally recommend. I really think I could keep a couple in the fridge and the rest in the freezer for future use. No weird chemicals at all! Just milk, rennet and annatto for the yellow color. It’ll make excellent cheese sauce, grilled cheese, chaffles, casseroles or any dish needing cheese! I also got the pepper Jack but haven’t tried it yet. Can’t go wrong with this cheese!
