I bought powdered honey. There are two ingredients, sugar and honey meaning this has more sugar in a thin honey. This is a bad product. There are health reasons that people use, honey. This product does not fulfill them. I’m not gonna use it. I’m gonna throw it out you should give me my money back. I feel that I was defrauded. It should say big and loud sugar not Honey.I’m a doctor. I read the product information and ended up with the product. I absolutely did not want.

Excellent flavor, stores very well, no worries about the honey crystalizing. I did put the powdered honey in a Mason jar for a better air seal.

I was looking for a less messy alternative to regular honey. I learned that all honey powder is mostly just cane sugar with a hint of honey. Some honey powder labels are fully honest. The label on this one was deceptive in my opinion. The ingredients were listed as sugar, honey in very small print. No disclosure as to the ratios. The powder was slightly discolored. Live and learn.

We LOVE using honey as a sweetener but it can get messy! Sometimes honey is so thick and hard to pour/squeeze out of the bottles. Powder is so much easier and more convenient to use.You get a nice, big 2.8 lb jug of honey powder. Plenty for all of your baking and sweetening needs. :)There are only two ingredients - sugar and honey. Yes, it does include sugar!Just like traditional honey, this is definitely sweet. It's great to use in tea, pancake or waffle mix, glaze, desserts, etc.The powder was perfectly fine (clump free) when it first arrived. However, after only one use, the powder started to turn into hard clumps. It doesn't alter the flavor but it does make it harder to incorporate into certain things.Depending on your need, this may or may not work for you. It is a nice alternative to white sugar as it has a little more depth to the flavor. However, if you are expecting the taste of 100% natural honey, this may not be what you are looking for as it does taste more sugary sweet than honey like.
