Works seamlessly
This remote worked right out of the box. It was so easy to use. I was hesitant to get it because it was not from the fireplace manfacturer but I have been very happy with it. I'm so glad my doubts were proven wrong.

Wrong unit remote
I had to literally take electric fireplace partially out to get the serial numbers off found one on eBay because they don’t make my electric fireplace insert anymore
