Works as intended with my Unifi gear. Just plugged it in and it auto negotiated to 1gbps.

Short cables are wrong length
Although these cables work, be aware that the 0.3 (1 foot) cables are actually 0.42m (about 18 inches) long. They're almost as long as the 0.5m ones! So if you're getting the 0.3m ones from here to have a tidy rack, look elsewhere.
