Wonderful mild taste, very active grains
Some months ago I ordered dried kefir grains that took a long time to start. The flavor was very sweet to me, I didn't like them.These grains worked pretty quickly. Their wet, just like grains a friend might have shared. Each day they mature in 12 hours or so and the kefir is very thick. I don't try to strain them. I consume the kefir down to within an inch of the bottom of the jar and then refill the jar with milk, and stir.It is the easiest, best kefir I've ever made.
