The media could not be loaded. There is a misconception that vegans and vegetarians do not have good source of plant protein. This product is an answer to all those who are going for non veg for proteins. You are going to get maximum protein with a least calorie intake as this is defatted. This contains all the essential amino acids in large numbers. If you want to get same amt of protein from non veg source, the amt of calorie intake is going to be very high as the fat % is very high and also you are not going to get fiber.What I do to make this product palatable is, just add 1.5 litersof water to 150 gms of this flour and to that add 2 large tablespoon of badam malt. Now stir this well time to time and consume for whole day.
