I've been using this nonstop since it's been delivered 3 months ago. Even with the fan on high, it's extremely quiet. I can honestly say I've witnessed it automatically jump from being on #1 to #5 when my elderly uncle tried to make scrambled eggs but way overcooked them. Another thing is, it's become evident that most of the dust that used to settle on every flat surface gets sucked up by this machine. In hopes of reducing the amount of filters I would need in the future, I take both filters out, wash the prefilter and vacuum the main one every other Sunday. I don't know if it's still too early to tell, but judging by the amount of dust I've vacuumed off the filter, I can only think it's helping.Even though I'm in a small 1 bedroom apartment, I have this one, plus another smaller air purifier I got from a big box store, that I have on top of the cat litter box. Even though I scoop every day, and despite being told otherwise, I'm paranoid about smells.***One MUST remove the plastic the filter comes wrapped in to expect any type of results. Otherwise you're not only wasting electricity, but one can only assume it would also be a fire hazard?

I've had this about 5 days now. 4 days longer than my Levoit lasted!I was worried about this one, I hadn't heard of the brand before. But honestly it seems to work better than my current Levoit and the one that spontaneously broke in a day (although can't say much for that one).I also really like that it is flat and can lean against the wall. Helps save a lot of space. It's detection seems to work well, I did a test with smoke inside and it instantly ramped up and cleaned it. It's effective and fast. It's display is nice too, I like how the display turn off function ACTUALLY works (Levoit, looking at you).There was one point it smelled really bad, after about 12 hours of use, like chemicals. I felt lightheaded and had to turn it off and leave. Could've been maybe a spray my girlfriend put in the air earlier that didn't filter well, but so far hasn't happened again.Air flow seems strong. I keep it on 24/7 in my office where I have a portable AC too. Sometimes sleep in there (sofa). Seems to work well, I didn't wake with allergies like normal.

So far, I am impressed. I only plugged it in today. The sensor reported good air quality when I plugged in it and I immediately wondered if that is what it would always read- if it would just run continually reporting that all was well. Shortly after I plugged it in, I pulled up our living room rug and replaced it with a new one. I wasn't really paying attention to the new air purifier, but when I walked by I noticed it was now red and reading poor air quality. I realized I must have stirred up all kind of dust and such when I removed the old rug. It took about an hour and a half of running on high and the air quality slowly but continually improved. I'm sold!. I'm looking forward to a better Spring allergy season and maybe less dust (fingers crossed.)

We bought this product for this allergy season. Unfortunately the product came with a cracked cover, and we are seeking a replacement. The touch screen buttons are also not very reactive. Since this is not on the cheaper side of air purifiers, we did expect more of a quality difference from the cheaper ones.I received exchange purifier second day. Thanks.

Does an excellent job at cleaning the air quickly! I purchased this because my sister has massive allergies to scents and smoke. If we have someone come over who is wearing perfume, sometimes she has to hide in her bedroom for hours before the room is safe for her again. This purifier cleans the air quickly and she can return after minutes instead of hours. The noise level is minimal.

This air cleaner surpassed my expectations. I put it in my husband‘s office, which was always very dusty due to paper, handling shredding, etc. Since I put it in there, it has been a week and I have not seen any dust on his dark office furniture I am quite amazed. I keep it on low is not very noisy, but does a fabulous job.

Got another after the 1st purchase. Air smells fresher and have less dust

I like how compact it is, yet have enough surface area for a big filter to fit and work for a sizable space. It is very quiet on auto mode (if the air is clean) and it has sensors that automatically picks up the pace as needed. It’s quite hefty too as I realized moving it to different rooms. I picked the gray color as I know dust will be more prominent with white or black.
