I really wish I could give 4 1/2 stars. It isn't quite a 5 for me, but was more than a 4. It arrived within a reasonable amount of time and was packaged very well so it wouldn't break. It is very pretty, the crystals really do shine. It doesn't look exactly like the picture, so you don't want that expectation. Since I had expected it to be a bit larger, there was a bit of disappointment when I opened it.The music portion is nice and clear. My only complaint (other than size) is that inside, around the music box winder, there is a white circle and it wasn't stuck down all the way. It was coming up on one side, and at first I didn't know if it was meant to come off or not (it isn't). I pushed it back into place, but it still pops up some.Overall, I like it and am glad I purchased it.

This is a quality piece. Intricate and delicate. Very very beautiful. A gift for my future daughter-in-law. I was very happy with this purchase. Well worth the money.

I don't know I just imagined it to be bigger , it was beautiful however the musical box itself not impressed

The item is surprisingly small. It looks somewhat bigger in the picture. The inscription inside the lid is awesome. I love it.I will keep it because I havre no time to return it and look for another gift.

It came well packaged so no damage. It was a gift and she loves it. Music box works well it looks lovely on the shelf in her room.

Looks noot so similar to the photo but also very beautiful. The voice is clear and it is quite a piece. The service and shipping are also good.

I was very displeased with this piece, and sent it back for a refund. It looked cheap, like dollar store quality, and the rhinestones weren't even in place correctly. The music box played too fast, and by the time you could recognize the song properly, it was wound down. Very disappointed.
