Swim shoes.
These swim shoes are very nice. Stay on your feet well with the velcro patch. Good for river with rocks or the sandy beach.

Nice water slippers.
Quick drying material. Where crocks hurt my bone below the ankles these water slippers were comfortable. Easy to slip on go. They are Pretty and I like the sole, it gave me protection and no slip on the floors.

Misinformation Relative to Size Recommendation
These water shoes for women, in fact, are great for the pool and lightweight with velcro closure. But the only "problem" I experienced was their recommended "fit" and size for women. I purchased the recommended size (despite the fact that Women's 11-12 was far from my size 9 foot. I gave the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt. Sure enough! When I slid my foot into the new water shoe, it was far too large! I pulled the velcro closure as "tight fitting" as I could but still no good result. I returned them for the Women's 8-9 (which was two sizes smaller) and they fit beautifully! They definitely fit my feet more comfortably and still casually without the thought of dangerously tripping, even in water aerobics.

great quality
Very comfortable water shoe. I purchased a women's 8-9 and there was plenty of room and the shoe was not uncomfortable when doing exercises in the pool. Very lightweight and stayed secured on my feet. Not heavy like some other shoes I have purchased.

Love!
My regrets would have been through the roof if I had not got these for my recent 4 day camping trip. I would have stubbed my toe, stepped on sharp things, or had terrible sun burn on the tops of my feet if I had not got these. I like that I got black for camping and dirty/muddy pond time. For my spring break trip next spring, I will be getting one or two more pairs in fun colors for our location.100% value for money, color, stability, fit, comfort, and gripSize-5/6 in women's - if you're worried about thin feet or slipping out of them, the velcro allows for a tighter fit. I also really liked how there is more space in the toe area. I didn't feel like my feet were being squished.

One of my first Barefoot Style shoes from Amazon
So these were one of the very first barefoot style shoes I had found on Amazon that fit my feet well.. And I do tend to have a hard time finding them. So many shoe stores all over my city and no one carries barefoot type shoes! Unfortunately those are the only kind I can wear due to my hEDS. I truly need a very flexible shoe that has 0 arch support and zero drop heel. That is what this is.As you can see in the one photo you can roll these up into a ball! Great shoes!I have worn these in winter, spring and in autumn. I have worn them in June as well - that bench picture is from June - but once it gets really hot outside these shoes actually become a problem. Which is so odd because they are supposed to be swim / water shoes. But they have 0 ventilation. And my feet sweat a lot! And NO the shoes do not have any ventilation holes on the upper surface material. What it is: shiny design on the shoe. Some people mistake that for openings but its not.Mind you I use these for daily walking shoes. I have never gone into any water with them. The little velcro thing on the side holds it very secure on my foot. I can easily run in them. In Xero I wear a size 8. These seem to be a 36? The size is only on the insole unfortunately and its almost worn off. I have used these in winter with clean sidewalks. You do NOT want to wear these with wet sidewalks. The holes on the bottom will let water in and your feet will get wet! I must admit when I had bought them I had not realized they had holes right through the bottom. Its a tad annoying! The other even more annoying thing about these shoes is that dumb netting material underneath the insole! That stuff bugs me so bad. The thing is my feet are very sensitive and yes, I feel it through the insole! The netting makes my feet sore, especially if the insoles are getting worn out and then I feel it even more. I have tried my best to cut it out of the shoe bottom (which is why it looks that way) but its difficult as it seems to be either glued in place or sewn in place. Why in the world anyone puts stiff abrasive netting in the bottom of a shoe is beyond me! Its a plastic netting. The netting also makes it virtually impossible to wear these without the insoles. For the amount of walking I do, I say they have a somewhat decent lifespan. They can last me anywhere from 3 to 6 months. As I said I cannot wear these in summer as my feet get SO hot and then by hour 4 of my walk my feet are swimming in sweat! Really bad for summer heat if you are walking long distance like I do...I have worn these before on days when the temperature is on the 20s and 30s F. With wool socks. They have good grips on sidewalks. Have not had any slipping issues with these at all but mind you I do have excellent balance.I do love how flexible these are and the shape at the front, the toe shape.Wish they had better ventilation so they wouldn't be like walking in a sunken boat!

Ultra light weight, extremely comfortable, perfect fit for the size.
I bought these along with 4 other brands of shoes like them, in case it didn't fit. None of the others fit my size 13 foot well at all. I got them to have as shoes for camp, on backpacking trips, because they weigh almost nothing. I have ended up using them everyday, unless I am doing something strenuous, or going to work, they are incredible. I got the kind with the wide black and gray mesh, and they breathe amazingly. They work best with socks imo. Strangely enough, I don't believe the ones I got would do well as water shoes, as they are pretty loose, and would probably get wonky.
