I ordered this binder casing to keep all my final estate documents in and it works perfect for my needs. It has a nice professional look to it and will stand out a bit so it will be recognizable for my family and friends. I would easily recommend this to others for similar applications.

This is a great quality, luxurious four ring binder. Be sure to note that it's a four ring binder, your three ring binder pages, inserts, etc. won't fit!I have the burgundy red binder and slipcover -- a very dignified, rich looking burgundy red.The outside and inside of the binder appears to be made of PU leather (polyurethane plastic) covering with a very subtle leather texture (not smooth and glaringly shiny like cheaper binders). Amazingly, the inside and outside cover are separate pieces of material that are machine stitched along the edges instead of melted and crimped together like run-of-the-mill binders from office supply stores, giving the binder another discrete but elegant touch. The spine has six cushioned "bumps" running horizontally and the front cover has one long vertical cushioned "bump" 1-3/4" from the spine running from the top to the bottom of the cover. All of the "bumps" are accentuated with what is made to look like gold leaf accent lines -- all very classy and luxurious and unexpected for a PU leather product.Inside, the four ring D-ring binder (which compared to three ring binders gives additional sturdiness to handle heavier pages and content such as coins) is heavy duty and the four rings match up precisely and close without gaps. High quality.The slipcover material matches the binder's, with just enough extra space to not catch or pull when sliding the binder in and out, but not so much space that the binder jiggles inside of the slipcover.All very prestigious looking and feeling, a little pricey but don't forget the awesome quality, it's appropriate for collections, important legal papers, etc. 5 stars all the way!

I have collected tickets from sporting events I have attended for years. I bought plastic pocket sheets and kept them in a white notebook binder. Functional but not really that attractive. When I found this binder with the slip cover it reminded of my stamp collection and I knew immediately that this was perfect. The quality of the binder and slip cover is very good. The binder has a short page which will keep the first page of the contents from being caught and damaged under the rings when the binder is closed. It opens flat so it is easy to flip through the pages and stop wherever you want with both side staying flat so you can look at the pages without any problems. The slip cover will keep dust out of the inside and help protect what ever you have inside.

This is a 4-ring binder which means that whatever you put into this needs to have 4 holes. So standard 3-hole sheet protectors etc, won't work. Given that, this is a well-made binder that is nearly 3" inches across the spine, so will hold quite a few things. It can't extend past the binder's edge otherwise it will not fit into the slipcase but other than that, this is a generous size. The outside feels like leather and the blue is a nice, cool color. The clamps are strong and even, I don't have any worries about it coming loose. Lastly, it is a little bit heavy but because it is built to last and very sturdy to hold a lot of material, that's understandable. After I fill up this one, I will probably purchase another.
