Pretty spiffy. Nearly everything you need is in the box. Harness is nice. So far, so good. Just a couple of mild nitpicks. Black covers it would be nice if they allowed to bleed more of the halo through. I will be modding my black covers with a Dremel. Here's hoping I don't bork it. But better for me around town. Out in the country, amber covers all the way. WAY neato. Having an option of the bare aluminum anodized to any other color, black for sure, would be very nice. Small things. These are just super cool. We shall see how they do over the long haul.If only it came with 2 more zip ties.... LOL.

Easy install, look great and are very bright.

The design of this lamp is very outstanding. It not only provides extremely bright lighting, but also enhances driving safety. The lamp's 96W super-bright LED light source combination provides powerful lighting, and the combination of spotlights and floodlights makes night driving clearer. Whether it is long-distance lighting or lighting a wide area, this lamp can effectively meet the needs. The amber and white DRL (daytime running light) design is also very practical, improving visibility during the day and night, and increasing driving safety. The lamp is equipped with a lampshade and wiring harness, which is very easy to install. All accessories are complete and the instructions are clear and easy to understand. The lampshade design is not only beautiful, but also effectively protects the lamp and extends its service life

We just installed this light on our side by side. This is the perfect light for any off road type vehicle. It has a regular red light that works as a tail light. Super bright red for the brake light and the best part, really bright white light for a back up light. The installation was fairly easy and I had it fully wired and working in under an hour.

Halo comes into the high end light market with their guns blazing! Before you even open the box you can tell thought and care was put into this light set. The box is beautifully designed and starts to justify the high cost. Once opened you get the lights are displayed right in the box. They are extremely well packaged, but you get to see them right away.The lights themselves are really high quality. I have used and been around high end lights and have had a good share of Chinese knock offs. The knock offs always have some kind of way they cheaper out. Whether it’s poor powder coating, bad assembly, cheap metal you get the idea. These however are made to noticeably high quality standards. They really look perfect, even if you go over them with a fine tooth comb.The most important aspect, is they are bright. All the different light modes can be easily cycled through and have their place. They could be used at night, in fog, in several variations. The throw is very good. These are spot lights, but they do offer some flood light coverage. In a way, these are very focused though, so if you need a wide coverage then the floods might be a better option.The only thing I didn’t love was the button. It’s very nice and weather resistant, but I wish there was an easy way to wire it into an existing dash switch so they could match and still cycle through the modes. It may be possible, and I’m not dismissing it yet, but the button is hardwired to the harness so you would need to do some work to dismantle it.The kit comes with a good array of extras too. Nice thick brackets with hardware, the amber lense covers and black lense protectors. It also has a really nice, fully loomed harness with a button and what I presume is some kind of smart board for the modes and LED’s. The wire is nice and thick and really good quality. These are also connected via a Deutsch style plug so the lights don’t need to be hardwired. This makes them easy to remove if needed. The lense covers clip on pretty well. Time will tell if they can possibly shake off. They are secure, but they come off very easily so I wouldn’t be shocked if they were able to shake off.Overall, these seem to justify their price in most ways. Although they are made in china, they are obviously under tight quality control and churning out a great product that competes with the big dogs for a little less. Yes, they are expensive, but motorsports are an expensive hobby and buying cheap means buying twice.. or more. I’m very happy with these and am excited to run them on my new crawler build.Oh.. and they come with stickers!

Bought a little over a month ago. There’s water in the casing already. Very disappointed with the quality of the product vs the high price

I wanted to like these lights, I really did. But they just did not live up to the hype for me.Let's start out with the good...- They look cool. At least in all the pictures and video reviews I watched they really were out there in styling. I couldn't wait to get the "Alien" DRL lights going on my ride.- Build quality seemed to be on par with other LED pod brands. But I cannot vouch long term as I didn't get that far.- Size wise, they work well if you are planning to install them in the A-Pillar area as ditch lights. Not too obtrusive.- The harness is decent with seperate switches to control the DRL function as well as the main lights.And the ugly...- They just didn't perform. Don't get me wrong, they are bright, but not as bright as other common off-road brands that are out there, especially for DARK night driving. I have a set of known LED pods that I have used for years that are much cheaper than these and outperformed IMO. The specs on paper had me believing that these should have outdone my go-to set, but in practice didn't.- The HALO light doesn't have the amber color that you see in all the stock photos and such. You have to run the amber covers on the lights to get that deep amber/orange DRL effect you're likely looking for found on Raptors, Broncos, TRX's, etc. Without the covers on its more whitewashed in it's hue, more daisy yellow. So if you're looking to run without the covers for white light output, then the DRL's arent going to be that amber color you're looking for.I'm also going to call this out, but most of the reviews of this product in hindsight are Amazon VINE reviews. So I do question some of the validity of the users being true off-roads/expedition enthusiasts or just taking a freebie and giving a favorable review.
