The media could not be loaded. Easy to use and clean. Heated up in 5 minutes and only takes tap water. It's produces a powerful steam that is not too hot, which I appreciate. I had it running for 20 minutes and it used about 1/3 of the water. FANTASTIC.

Steamer is so easy to use, heats up and starts producing steam within a few minutes. The steam is thick enough to see from across the room, unlike some that have you wondering if they are on. It was an auto shut off so you don't have to worry about it running out of water and burning up. You can also add water while it's still on to keep your spa day going. I like using it to open up my pores for face masks or extractions, but I love using it for hair masks as well. The steam helps open your hairs' cuticle allowing the masks or oils to penetrate the hair deeper.

I LOVE that there’s a huge amount of steam that comes out vs my old one .. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because sometimes it’s overpowering when I’m massaging a scalp. I wish there was a way to lessen the steam. Also because the steam comes out so heavy, the water disappears a lot faster having me to fill up during a session.

It works and makes a lot of steam. Built great too. I put a table next to my recliner, and am thrilled with it!

Despite using distilled water, which is essential to prevent corrosion and rusting, the steamer fails to recognize the water and does not operate. As an esthetician, I need a reliable device that can detect and function with the water I choose to use, and unfortunately, this product does not meet that requirement.
