Do not use factory cables only for testing purposes
These work wonderful if you use cat 5e cable I made my own. But the factory cat5e cable that I tried to use produced a grainy picture.

Not a high qualtiy and they do not work will all TVS
Poor quality - 2 or the 6 that we ordered failed to work on any of the TVsThey are also not a snug fit where they plug into the HDMI and the weight of the Cat6 will allow them to come out.Sony TVs are a hit and miss, we could get them to work with one TV after 30 minutes of fighting with it, but we were never was able to get the other Sony TVLG TVs - they seem to work fineVizio TV - never was able to get any of them to work with these TVThey are also quite big at the HDMI end, so if you are plugging into an appliance with an audio port near, you HDMI connection it may not fit (they would not fit on our old TV boxes with the HDMI connection fitting sideway/horizontal/up and down)

Works perfect on a computer monitor with a 10ft CAT6a shielded cable. I tried it on a media player connected to a tv with the same results. Would have been 5 stars however, when I tried to use the same cable with an iPhone to HDMI adapter (bought from Apple) on a tv the image on the screen flickers. I'm not sure how well this will work with longer cables or unshielded cables but you should take that into consideration when buying this product.

Great product for your computer
This hmdi attachment is great it worked perfectly as a internet connector for my computer. I don't what I would do without it.

They work..
Not the best design, I would recommend you get hdmi female couplers to use a short cable to plug in. Does not work well plugging direct to TV or Monitor.

Connecting Wifi to old tv
I still can't get my tv to work with my Wifi. Can someone please explain to me how to connect these from a Vizio tv to wifi.
