Terrible. Not a good buy, item does not work can't get it to connect to network, bigger than advertised, plus want your bank account number to get set up, say they won't take any money, then get email saying direct payment set up going to take £5.99 each week. I don't think so been cancelled and card been removed from PayPal. Would give it less than 1 star if it were possible.

I am not proficably an expert in this sort of stuff. I received my camera and tried desperately to follow the instructions which aren’t very clear and easy to follow or understand. There is no additional ways of asking someone on how this product works or how to set up or the functions through a helpline or similar way of connecting my camera. I found my camera on utube and this too was of no help, there was no talking through the video submitted and just a video which was as much help as absolutely nothing at all. This camera was cheap and as much as I hate to because of its price I’m gonna chick it in the bin. I can offer the following information to people interested in the item and that is not to bother, as cheap as the camera is don’t bother buying this, it’s far too much effort than it’s worth. I have searched Amazon for cameras that record and cannot find anything that’s Simple, why can’t manufacturers of simple items make them easy to install and use.

Perfect just as it says and delivered nice and quick

Did not work. Tried resetting everything but still not working. Also does not stay in description that it needs to be connected to a power supply and there is no internal battery so useless for more remote areas of the building. Lastly, the photo shows a tiny camera but compared to the picture, it is huge. The model in the photo must have the world's biggest hands for the camera to appear that small. Total waste of money.

This thing just doesn’t work, the app is useless keeps kicking the camera off and tells you the camera is offline so you have to keep setting it up every time you open the thing. The SD card won’t format, the camera won’t turn on without being plugged in and it’s not magnetic as stated. Picture quality is poor too so overall not a lot going for it.

Very poor product, three times the size of the photos. Difficult to connect, no internal battery so must have a power source, back up battery or wired connected, making it useless as a security camera. wants to download multiple ads, so you are paying to be bombarded continuously. Manual is in ultra small typeface. When used, kept losing connection and switching to grey scale from colour. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY
