This thing is amazing. It mapped out the house beautifully. I can have it perform automatically or I can manually set it to work. It recognized the stairs and did not fall down them. It is so nice to have a continuously clean floor. It can vacuum only or vacuum/mop. You set the precedent. And you can designate a zone if you don't want a whole room done. Example: Yesterday I had Rosie, named after the robot on the Jetsons, clean in the area where the bird cage is. I like being able to manually pick a room or zone and set Rosie to work.Be aware, you must be patient with the app. It is easy to use but you have to explore and learn the app. So far I have had no issues but I am taking my time and learning how to use the Yeedi correctly. My brother and I have been watching robot vacuum/mops for a while now. I saw this one and knew this was the one. We could not be happier. And with my medical handicaps this is a godsend, The relief it provides is enormous. Vacuuming and mopping are hard for me. Oh, yes, I am loving this.I want to add that I did have an incident with the mapping program. I read complaints about this issue. I got online and started looking and asking questions and I found a video on YouTube and a young man walked me through the app. In the mapping section I found restore map. Hmmm. So I tried it. My map was fully restored and I have had no new issues. So I advise patience yet again. You must learn the robot and the app to enjoy this item.Update: March 26, 2025. I ran into a problem with my Ultra. I found something in my Ultra that caused me concern. Rather than make assumptions I contacted the company. They responded almost immediately. They asked me for a brief video so I sent one explaining what I had found and where. I found a charging cord lodged in such a way that it looked like it belonged. I was afraid I had inadvertently damaged my Ultra. They advised that my Ultra had vacuumed it up and that it was not part of the robot. It made sense because I could not find where the cord connected but I was not willing to take a chance on my damaging my Ultra. I am impressed that it vacuumed up an apple charging cord that is 6 inches long. And I am impressed that the company responded so quickly and advised me. I recommend this product so highly.
