Love this linear fireplace!
The media could not be loaded. Wow ! Better than expected! So many different settings of flame colors as well as ember colors. The cracking noise isn’t great, doesn’t really sound like a fire . Assembly is pretty straightforward. I have it wall mounted for now until I decide on surround. This one is 72 inches. The heat is output is ok not loud .

Gorgeous linear electric fireplace. I’ve been wanting one for a long time and I’m so glad I finally pulled the trigger and ordered this one. Very nice quality with beautiful flames and lots of colors to choose from. Comes with a remote to easily change the settings. Love it!

Screen cracked on both corners

No customer support.
This is a very nice fireplace works very well. I don’t believe that the Wi-Fi app was working. Called for customer support three times left messages got no response. Call Amazon ,Amazon called. No answer. Send an email and the reply to Amazon‘s email was if they’re not satisfied with the product, have them return it so I return the product. Honestly this is a very good fireplace. I don’t think that part was working if I would’ve got some customer service. I probably would’ve kept it anyway. I believe this company has zero customer support.

Haven't installed yet but it works!
I look forward to installing this electric fireplace, but for now we tested it and it is working as advertised! It comes with the logs and crystals and the different colors of flame are really pretty. Nothing was broken and all parts were included. Thank you, this will look great in our living room once the remodel is finished!

Stunning fireplace
The PuraFlame Herman 50-inch Smart Linear Electric Fireplace is stunning!My sister's bedroom had a gas heater sticking out of the wall, and it was an eyesore. She removed the gas heater and installed the fireplace in its place. It really is stunning. The PuraFlame fireplace not only heats her room but also adds to the ambiance and decor, and now her room is ready for cozy winter nights.The ability to switch out logs for stones is a nice touch, and the remote is a great addition.Now, her big sister wants one. :-)
