Not useful
Simply does not work. The pressure is not evenly distributed. Tried placing a small wooden block in the middle, below the handle and the performance was way better but still, there is a minimum gap between plates and that prevents thiner roti.You need 3 times bigger dough to make the same size roti. Hence 3 times thicker rotis.Unnecessarily heavy and pricey

Excellent product worth buying
I prepared karnataka style akki roti using this. Rotis came out really well

Waste of money
High price with zero usage. It's not working properly and the customer service is very poor. I called them and a man replied me that one person will come to clear our concerns. Return policy is also not satisfactory But till now no body has come. Planning to complaint in consumer court.

Product needs to be little finely polished, we had problem with bending while pressing, got it corrected from a welding shop
