Working AAA batteries
They work, they are indeed AAA batteries. The only issue I've had is that because of their reduced voltage (normally 1.6-1.8V; this battery is 1.2V) they discharge faster and die sooner than a standard battery.

Good batteries
I craft and make Solar celled items. A batterie died and I replaced it with one of these. I tested it and it had a strong charge upon arrival. They work for me.

These are not all fully charged. They do recharge fine but are delivered not 100 % charged.
