The media could not be loaded. I love it SO MUCH! I’ve had it for a few months now, and it is such a good product. The vacuum works very well and it is easy to set up with the app, and works with Alexa. You can set timers for every day cleaning and routines, you can clean whole house or just rooms. It scans perfectly the house and it doesn’t have any problems going in different types of floor (I.e. wood and carpet). You can also set up the power of the vacuum per room.Now the mopping function I don’t really like, although you can choose the level of water per room, I don’t really feel like it cleans. Almost don’t use it.

Gets stuck regularly ,continuously remaps locked maps, spends a lot of time under the TV even though it's a marked no go area. But we love oursIt's dirt tray gets full quickly. Takes up more dirt than you'd think. Dogs hair can jam it up. We would replace this if it broke as it saves more work than it createsWe've it set for a full hover in the morning and the hall and kitchen at 9:30. Keeps the hall very clean.Does not replace a full clean but using it little and often goes a long way. The mopping feature is used seldomThe dog is used to it.The maps being over written and not avoiding the no go zones would be the main gripe. Apart from that it's a good unit. Puts in a shift every day.

I made the stupid decision years ago to install a black shiny floor in my kitchen - spent my life cleaning it ever since - yes we had 2 large dogs and 5 adult kids so I’ve been through so many mops - purchased this a few weeks ago and I’m in love - easy set up - you can zone areas so this area gets a vacuum and then a mop - results are amazing - it empties the bag too - I replace the water and then a mop pad daily - 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the EZVIZ RE5 Plus with high hopes, as it arrived on time and was very easy to set up. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.Just four weeks after purchase, it started displaying a water pump error, which made the mopping function completely useless. Then things only got worse—soon it began bumping into everything as if its sensors had stopped working. Not long after, it lost its ability to connect to WiFi, making it impossible to control through the app. And now, the final nail in the coffin: it won’t even charge at all.I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and tried calling countless times, but I’ve received zero response. It’s clear that EZVIZ does not care about its customers once they have your money. To make matters worse, Amazon refuses to help resolve the issue, leaving me completely out of pocket with a broken device.Avoid this product at all costs. It might seem like a great buy at first, but it quickly turns into an expensive paperweight. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually supports its customers.

Love all the setting options, from no hoover to powerful suction, no mop to heavy mop. Great mapping detail. Can map each level of home. Energy efficient and water efficiency is a great asset. Seperates dust, hair to dispose off from any heavier items, eg a ring which goes into a little tray. Noise level is fine, still quieter than a hoover. Pets took no notice after few minutes. Value for money 10/10. Appearance is clean and tidy and can be placed anywhere as long as space either side and in front is there.I'm really happy with my purchase, arrived promptly. Even better knowing I never need to hoover or mop my floors again and change bag every 90 days.Tip.... allow several sessions before judging its performance. Wet mop prior each day of use. Fill water tank once you see its not mopping as it doesn't inform you. After mapping for the first time, remap again later for a better performance as you will know where you may or may not want it, add restricted zones and customise its performance for each room or level.
