This product claims to lose weight but it is misleading. I'm so disappointed I eat sensibly exercise 5 times a week but haven't lost weight. I wish I didn't spend money on this. I believe I should get a refund for my reasons.

Don't waste your money, a healthy diet is what works and it's proven. These, for me, are just a fad that don't do as it says on the label
