My son moved to a studio apartment in another state. He needed curtains but did not want to make holes in the wall. I was worried he would not like them but lo and behold, he loves them! He put them up to be wider than the window so it makes the room look larger. He says they are very nice and sturdy. Thanks Amazon for pleasing my son!

The media could not be loaded. This item is straightforward to assemble (15 minutes tops) and provides an inexpensive solution for tension rod needs. This 2-person office space can be chaotic at times. A room divider promotes separation, allowing each person to focus on individual tasks.I wanted to use curtain sheers I had from a previous window dressing to save money. I added a curtain rod at the bottom of the sheer to complete the "pleated" look, and to weigh down the sheer itself so it's not disturbed by air currents. I also wanted to leave clearance at the bottom (gap between floor and bottom of sheer) to allow floor access in the room for my cat. I added decorative curtain rod ends at the top, matching the extisting drapes.It looks good (unobtrusive) and creates an airy feel, allowing light from the window to pass through. When it comes to DIY, my husband is a pretty tough critic. He gives it a sincere 2-thumbs up as well! =-)

Our son is turning into an adult and wanted to take over the basement. I was able to use this to give him privacy when I had to go down to the laundry. It looks very neat and purposeful.

Very easy to put together and to put up!

I tried putting the rods together and it was a nightmare. I'm not sure if something is missing from the package but its not worth it. I couldn't even use it as a room divider the horizontal one as a curtain rod. I brought this because I have a studio apartment and wanted to use it as a room divider. I would not recommend buying this 😕. I washed my money 😒

Really great quality, light blocking with the right curtain. It's black or white. Makes a great privacy divider. It is not very space consuming. I like it a lot.
