Only good if you have strict rules about not sitting longer than 2-3 hours. After that it starts to give pain because the memory foam shrinks due to long usage. If you take break every hour or so it works quite well

This is a good product. It is on expensive side but helps you if you are suffering from coccyx pain

Foam is not sturdy. Overall size of cushion is small. Should be more in size. Due due small in size not comfortable in sitting over it.
