Solid beginner engraver/cutter
Setup and getting this engraving the sample was pretty quick, I don't get the 1 star reviews. If you are a DIYer you should have no problem with it. It's def not a one step process for doing your own designs so it does take a bit of messing around and watching some videos on this sort of content

Entry level laser engraver/cutter
I'm new to laser engraving/cutting. I didn't want to spend a lot of money in case I didn't like it. This machine is just what I was looking for. It feels solid and well made. Was very easy to assemble. It's perfect for what I am wanting to do. Plenty of power for me.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
You will need a computer science degree to get it up and working. I have spent 12 hours today trying to get the correct drivers , updated software. I have used all three computers trying to get it to work!!! Don’t waste your time and money on this POJ. It looks great makes all kinds of sounds but software will not recognize it.

The media could not be loaded. Top notch, sturdy and easy to use. It was up and running in less than 5 minutes.

Great customer service
So the wattage is 5w not 72. But besides that the thing worked and did the job with light burn. And engraver with pretty good markings. While it won't do engrave metal it'll mark metal. this is a good starter laser for anyone wants to learn and get into the hobby customer service is also amazing.

Excelente para un estudiante de arquitectura
The media could not be loaded. Para uso doméstico es excelente, los 5w creo yo que son suficientes para un alumno de arquitectura,puedo cortar con la mayoría de materiales, y graba en cualquier material,probé con MDF de 3mm aunque le cuesta un poco ,si logra cortar con varias pasadas,en maderas mayor a 3mm si le va costar cortar,para el uso que yo le doy me basta los 5w de potencia :)

I haven't really been able to use this as I can't figure out how. It does not come with any software to make it work and has no recommendations of what to download. If I got that, maybe I could give a better review.

Piece of crap
Product doesn't work. Won't even move or set. Customer service is horrible. Total waste of money.
