Just had my first dip and so far i am very happy with this cold tub! The bigger 400L capacity makes a huge difference if you are tall. I am over 6'3" in the morning when i like to use it and i can submerge my shoulders fully with no problem, i couldn't do that on the old one. It was VERY easy to assemble and the included pump is very effective.Two very minor drawbacks are the valve on the inflatable ring is two way so it can deflate very quickly in the time it takes to pull the pump out and put the stopper in. Some others have a special mechanism to prevent air escaping. Also the QR code that is supposed to link to setup videos does not show any for the cold tub. But turns out it is so straight forward to assemble i didn't need them anyway, it took all of 3-5 minutes.For the money this is the best option out there at the moment, same pricing but much bigger. Also includes a repair kit in case of any punctures down the line. But it feels well made and durable, so i am confident these will not be needed. Happy dipping!!

easy to put up, but the lids are awful, they deflate almost right away and drops in the water. the cover as well it just a flimsy sheet so when it rains it dips a lot in the middle. Also have algae or something growing inside the inflatable bits, not sure how. Otherwise good for its price but expect to have to clean regularly

Don't waste your money on more expensive cold plunges, you will find that this will be sufficient. Plenty of room and easy to empty when you need to clean it. Top cover can leak rain water through, so best to have it under shelter.

Positives are the size, (it’s big enough if you’re 6ft plus), it’s simplicity, i(t’s easy to set up) and the price (excellent value compared to other much more expensive units)Negatives are the cover, which is not very effective and the tendency for algae to grow, which means regular cleaning is absolutely essential.

A plunge pool seemed to be out of the question because I did not have the space. I'm really pleased to have found this product. An excellent way to cool down. Easy to construct, fill, empty and clean. Stores away in its own protective bags. I'm very pleased with it.

Item received in good condition in a brown cardboard box. Set up is pretty straight forward and this comes with a Pump which helps to quickly inflate the bath. I'm actually surprised just how sturdy the bath is once inflated.We filled ours with our hosepipe which did take a while, it holds a lot of water. The build quality and materials used are good and durable and its sits holding the water with ease and no leaks.I have seen how good these are for after exercise and to aid in muscle recovery so thought I would try after one of my runs. Now I am very much a hot shower and bath kind of guy, I'm not a fan of cold baths and showers at all so knew this would be interesting.Getting in is a bit of a horrible thing (just the cold water) but once in and submerged to my neck after a few minutes your body does get used to the cold, granted my water temp was 13 degrees and no ice but still felt plenty cold enough.I stayed in for five mins on each of my baths so far and I must admit I have really felt a positive benefit the next day with far less muscle soreness for me.The bath has plenty of room in it , it really is a good size and I'm only a medium sized guy but for bigger people there would still be room. I really like the fact this comes with a lid which seems obvious however it doesn't appear its the standard thing with other brands.I think I am slowly turning into a fan of this as the cold plunge certainly has benefits.
