Feedback on Seller l: lied before selling, is not letting me return or addressing my concern. They have accepted that the chair will not rock due to weightload... and we are 80 and 95 kg..he haid assured that it can take 120 kgs and now is refusing to return the item.Feedback on the chair: looks very good, but not practical to use. Thigh space is very less, arm rest is very low..you'll have to push and raise your feet a lot to rock the chair and your arms will hurt as you cannot rest them on the arm rest if you 5 feet 2 inch and shorter. For tall people, their legs will not get proper rest.. you will experience muscle pulls in your legs and feet and pain in lower back. Waste of 15000/-

I have recently purchased this product. They have delivered on time and packing was good. And cloth material and wood is very good quality. It's value for money. Cushion can be increased so that it will be more comfortable.

Te product is of average quality. The stool inside cloth was torn.. the delivery team was horrible. Just in acceptable.
