This printer has been a lifesaver for my Etsy business and shipping labels. The process is a bit tedious for a Mac but not bad once you get used to working in the app and not printing directly from Etsy. I did have an issue with my printer not working correctly after about eight months of daily use and customer support was very responsive and super helpful. I would definitely repurchase.

It took me a few minutes to add the printer to my computer and a few emails with technical support, but once I was assisted, the printer worked perfectly. Excellent customer support via email and text!

I used to print out my labels with a regular printer and had to cut it to size then, tape on my packages. As business increased, it made sense to invest in this label printer and label stickers where it prints and peel to attach onto my packages. Easy peasy.

This printer may be the death of me and my small business...we purchased it to make our life easier, not more difficult and frustrating. I'm a tech savvy person, and rarely have issues that are on the side of "user error". I can typically troubleshoot things quickly, and fix problems if its minor. But this label printer CONSISTENTLY prints labels ascew. Essentially it often will randomly start printing and cutting off 1 side of the label, cutting off important details.When this happens, it will begin a troubleshooting process that has no real resolution and after many times of trial and error, "recalibrating" the paper, refeeding it, trying to feed it at different angles, etc eventually it will print successfully after a ton of time wasted trying to fix it. but, I really wish I would have bought another thermal printer besides this one with the money spentVery frustrating product when you want something to "just work". I don't need one more thing to tamper with and be frustrated by when running a small business.

The unit works well and connects fairly easily each time. The issue is if you send a label to it, sometimes it reprints the previous label, not the new label. Resulted in messed up shipments. Be sure to back out of the app after each label print or verify every label printed.

U absolutely love my label maker. It does take a little getting used to in terms of sizing and adjusting to make sure the labels come out correct but once you get the hang of it it’s great. It’s prints well. I love that it doesn’t need ink. It was fairly easy to set up but I’m a millennial I can probably figure anything techy out. It’s a good price for the performance.
