Practical tips on mindfullness
A great book with no jargon medical and scientific explanations as well as lots of practical tips for things to try. I especially love the added audio bonuses; narrated in Dr Wong's calm and reassuring voice, they are short and sweet and easy to incorporate into daily life. Every cup of tea I take is now a delightful, mindful pause in my day. I highly recommend for anyone who wishes to take small steps to better brain health

Excellent book!
I highly recommend this book and have gifted it to my friends!The book starts with understanding the neuroscience of mindfulness, which I found super interesting and written in a very easy to understand way.I enjoyed the chapters on stress management, workplace, parenting, sleep, for athletes, and also for cognitive improvements. I particularly liked the sections on breathwork.This book has helped me live mindfully and finding many positive benefits to this with my life, including feeling more joy and connection with friends and family.Another bonus is the meditation audio that come when this book! I love the variety of meditations and the calming voice of the author guiding it.The illustrations of the book is unique and rather reflective too!Highly recommended!

Superb Book - Highly Recommended
This is a lovely little book. It is written in a clear and concise way which makes it easy for everyone to follow, even if new to mindfulness. It is broken down into very helpful headings and I love the sketches. It's not too big to be daunting and with the way it is written, it will be easy to go back over to find sections to re read when the need arises. It's extremely cheap for such a great little book and is one that should be on everyone's bookshelf. I would buy why it is cheap as I am sure the price will go up eventually. I plan to buy a few more as gifts because I think it will be well received and really helpful particularly for younger people as an introduction to mindfulness as a coping mechanism when going through life's challenges.

For anyone interested in improving your mental health, this is a valuable resource.This book is simply written, accessible, and filled with practical techniques. The free audio meditation practices that accompany this book are a great bonus!

An excellent book - highly recommended!
This book is full of practical advice and real world experience from a brilliant physician and neuroscience researcher. I love how the book explores the science of mindfulness and helps us with the day to day practice of mindfulness. It even talks about parenting mindfully, pain management, work stress and a mindful approach to weight management. This is a very comprehensive book and highly recommended.
