Defective Bag
Item came with defective zipper.Arrived in a clear plastic bag. The return required I box up the unit, cost me $12 to return the defective unit for replacement.Update: Seller refunded the $12 cost for the shipping box. Very fast response from them, and since I'm very pleased with the product, I've changed the review to reflect this. 5 Stars

Such a Great Product
I love this cooler for day trips on my dual sport bike. It can hold takeout containers, drinks, snacks, literally whatever you want. The build quality is solid, I think it is a great value for the money, I have not seen any sort of leakage (but I don't fill it with ice or anything like that). Very functional. It is a universal fit, which we all know means it doesn't fit perfectly on anything, but it works well on most things.

Works well as a dry storage on my bike
Not using as a cooler lol I use it as a storage on my bike for items I wanna keep dry when it rains and it is sturdy and works very well
