Normally I take a different brand, however, I was running low and decided to give these a shot due to the previous positive reviews. It quickly dissolved under my tongue. The taste is fine and I don't notice any aftertaste. I am a long time Vitamin B12 user and these seem just as good as all of the others. I would definitely keep this brand in mind for my next bottle.

As with most good B-12 choices, you dissolve this under your tongue. Because of that flavor is an important factor. These have a mild strawberry flavor which is in no way overpowering. I like that. As expected the ingredient list is decent. A good choice for supplement.

Subtle flavor. No aftertaste or gi issues from this. Everyone processes supplements differently so I won't comment on effectiveness.

Very nice presentation, and I do like bottles stuffed with cotton. Rattling is no fun.The buttoncell-like lozenges have a slightly less smell and taste, but it's not bad. You can tell they tried to sweeten it up a bit, almost like a sweet tart. The instructions say to stick it under your tongue and wait for it to melt ... Good luck with that. It's a very dense pill, and will take forever to melt. They are dense, and I would not recommend biting them. I just swallow with some liquid... They're not very big.Overall satisfying experience, but the directions are a little silly.

So far I have had some increase in energy, but not at the level that I would like. The only problem for me is that the pill doesn't melt under the tongue, as the manufacturer says is the way to take it. After keeping it under my tongue for 15 minutes while I was cleaning the kitchen. After that I ended up chewing it, which I didn't mind. It didn't taste bad and seemed to have the same effect.All in all, I do recommend this product.

I like this type because it melts in my mouth. I use this as pre-workout. I take 2 and melt it under my tongue. wait 1 minutes and then I drink water. It really does wake me up and my brain is always focused. it is very easy to take than the capsules. and it really works almost right away. I can feel that my whole body is waking up. I will for sure buy again when i run out

I don't think the average person ought to take this kind of supplement, and definitely not regularly. If you have a deficiency or absorption issue, then this amount of B12 MIGHT be okay for you. I am one of those people, so I got this to see if I could go off my b12 shots and use this instead. I am not certain yet, but I am happy there are so many different forms of b12. You also need to make sure you eat food before taking this. The flavor is okay. It's a mildly chalky, mildly cherry flavor.The current price is $39.95 for 120 lozenges. While that seems expensive, it is because of the large amount of b12.
