The color of these amethyst chips is deep and varied. I like that the chips are finished without sharp stones. There are no stones that are cracked or broken. There is a smoothness to the finish, almost like a light tumble. The strand has some chips that have small pockets of sediment, but nothing that detracts from the overall aesthetic.
