Q: Wore this product for 20 years.Then they changed it to where it would peel off like a piece of plastic. Did they ever change it back? Or don't buy?

don't buy.....like you i used this before the change and loved it....now i hate it....it doesn't matter how thick or thin, i wish they would go back to the old formula

i have worn it swimmimng,but depends how much you go under,it won't last if swimming laps or diving,but i use it/have for years and is better than even $50 eyeliner.. i recommend it above any.. holly

I don't know the answer to your question, but I did notice the eyeliner moved from my eyelid to the top of my eye. I was very disappointed.
