Fragrant, perfectly dried and flavorful. Great for cooking, herbal teas, and you can crush them with your fingers or grind them. These will last a bit for us as well. Definitely going to explore the other products soon. Highly recommend.

These coriander seeds were sealed properly and were very fresh and high quality. We tried them in some Indian and Mexican dishes as well as infused oils and stews and they were came out pretty successful and delicious.

The forgotten part of the Cilantro life cycle is this beautiful seed. We enjoy adding to many dishes, including grinding in a mortar and pestal along with peppercorns and salt to make a nice seasoning to add to beans or salsas. A must have in the kitchen to take those recipes a bit further. These are fresh and nicely sifted and come in a resealable bag to maintain freshness. I am going to see if I can use to make cilantro microgreens.

Coriander seeds are one of my standards to have on hand for Mexican and Indian cooking but, also for experimenting with in recipes I create on my own. It is one of my favorite flavors to add and using seeds to grind fresh vs buying pre-ground is the only way to go. These organic seeds are great quality and value for the quantity and the flavor is perfectly citrusy and herbal and so fresh. Having such a large portion is one way I can guarantee I won’t have to worry about running out any time soon and provides a fantastic way to keep only a small portion stored in my spice drawer with the rest tucked away in my fridge for freshness. I did a very quick grind in my mini mortar and pestle to check scent and flavor and wow do these seeds hit the mark for both! 5/5 for quality, taste, and value.

These coriander seeds are fresh and fragrant. Love the quality as it is certified organic. Comes in a resealable pouch. I blend the seeds in a coffee grinder and add it to soups, sauces, etc. Also great to make tea with.

I like to grind the seeds so that the coriander tastes more fresh in my dishes. There are a ton of seeds and this will last a really long time. The current price is not available, but I know it wasn't too expensive and you get 4 oz. It is certified organic which is even better imo.
